Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for junior and for an experienced Mooring Design Engineer.
The service asked is to design FOWT (Floating Offshore Wind Turbines) mooring. The main goal is to design mooring for a given site, validate its configuration based on calculation loop results, comply with final customer requirements, standards and floater product. It also implies defining equipment and matching a target price. The profile required has good design skills demonstrated in previous experience.

Profile:
– Minimal experience in mooring design of 5 years on offshore or floating wind
– Knowledge of shallow water mooring problematics
– Good knowledge of current state of technology and providers
– Competence in Orcaflex
– Written English
